Playlists!

This is my page for character playlists! Or any playlists I put together, really. I’m limiting myself to 8 songs per playlist to keep things concise. Get ready for either a lot of goth-adjacent genres, or total whiplash from the mandatory At Least One Evanescence Song. Yeah, I don't know either. At a certain point it went from coincidence to running gag.

Shanoa (Castlevania) - The False Martyr

A playlist for my favorite character in Castlevania and also just in general... I made a Shanoa playlist a couple years ago but it wasn't very good and like half the songs weren't super fitting so here’s a sort of revised version of it! It's meant to represent her anguish and her drive to do what's right despite all she’s been through. These are just a lot of my favorite songs, huh...

Albus (Castlevania) - The True Bearer

Albus is a fascinating character. His self destructive nature, the sacrifices he makes, and his all-consuming care for his adoptive sister all makes for a tragic but fascinating antagonist in the first half of Order of Ecclesia. So here are some songs that remind me of that headspace he must be in.

For this one I tried to get the camp horror vibe of The Broken Code down right, though the last three songs are more in a straightforward “Shadowsight angst” direction lol. A lot of these songs I listened to while I was first reading TBC (which is like 99% of the reason Strangelove is there lol)

This is basically the “official” playlist for my interactive webshrine, Clovenglade. Both of songs I listened to a lot while working on parts of it, songs I feel like fit it thematically, and songs that just have the right “vibes”.
