Meet The Webmaster
Greetings! Here's where you can learn all you need to know about my dear little website.
Who am I?
I’m Shanoa Amalthea Moone (but you can just call me Noa), a silly lesbian who's a web-artist by day and a werewolf by night, with a fondness for cyber-witchery. I use it/its pronouns. My interests include horror, goth music, Castlevania, subculture, animals, film history, lost or mysterious media, retro games, outsider art, and of course, web stuff.
What do I do here?
A little of everything! This site is where I create web art and fan pages, post to my blog, tend to virtual pets and plants, upload writing, essays and art, create games, and more! Basically, if I have it in my mind to do it, it’ll probably go on my site. It’s my main hub for expressing myself online.
What are my goals with this site?
The closest thing I’ve had to a "site manifesto" is that I want to make a site I would have enjoyed browsing when I was a kid. I like doing fun, interesting and playful things with this creative medium, and experimenting with new things. But I also think of it like building a "house". My site is a place I am comfortable "living in" online.
Where should you start exploring my website?
Well, my shrine pages are my most high effort projects, so if you want to explore what I’m most proud of, start there. In particular, I recommend checking out “Clovenglade: Ephemeral Paradise of the Horse Girl”, which is my most ambitious and interactive project and includes a little point and click game, a virtual stable where you can pick out and care for a horse, and secrets to explore. I’ve also got other mini-games and such on my “Arcade” page, and I’m also quite fond of my Menagerie where I care for all my cyber-pets and adoptables and even have a little digital garden.
Other than that, just go where your heart takes you!
How old should you be to view my website?
My website is open to all ages. There will never be any explicit depictions of sex or realistic/detailed gore.
Most of my site generally floats around the “G” to “PG-13” range, but on a very rare occasion I may discuss upsetting or explicit themes in writing or art (though, as a rule, nothing more racy than a pin-up).
The majority of my site is perfectly suitable for most audiences, though.
What does "Wygol Village" mean?
Wygol Village is the name of the main hub area/town in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, which is my favorite video game.
Is all that stuff about being a werewolf or whatever real?
My digital persona is my "self" in the digital world, and thus it is true. I mean, what are you going to do, not believe me?
Do I have a site button?
I've got one right here. Feel free to add it to your button walls or whatever as long as you link back to my site.
