See title :P Anyway, I’ve always thought the Ruins of alph were super cool. I was really young when I played my cousin's crystal version, like i didn't really understand what was going on during most of the game i guess, but i remember the ruins were really mysteruous :P so its been kind of interesting seeing johto again now that i’m older and the remakes are out!!!!! but yeah ive been fascinated with the Ruins of alph, so i'm wondering if it's woth it catching all the unown? and if it is what the mystery is all about??? you know me, I love looking for secret stuff (less we forget the peaf green mew topic from last year, i know some of you were there) xD

also have you guys seen that weird thing that happens when you bring arceus there... I saw it on youtube, maybe it's a haxx LOL?

Not worth it lol. There's nothing interesting, just some Unown messages. No cool Pokemon or anything. (Trust me. I did it in Gold and the new games.) The Arceus thing is real though, I used a Game Shark to get the azure flute event and trading it over to Soul silver worked. A level 1 legendary is pretty sick tbh, but kind of weird. But yeah that's all. I wish you could go back to the Sinjoh ruins after the arceus thing, the music is cool ^_^

youd think the connection to arceus would be the final clue LOL there's probably a secret hidden somewhere right??? maybe it's like mirage island (I still haven't found it lol, but I don't care about the berry that much anyway) xD

Welcome to the ruins of Alph experience LMAO... wasted hours of my life. At least I found a shiny, but it's a bit useless. unown is a crappy pokemon so... Don't waste your time... unless you're a mega completionist, AKA you have no life

Caught all the Unown just in case and you guys might be right lol, a whole lot of nothing even though ive looked everywhere... but Im going to look harder, I think i might trade over my Arceus from Diamond (yeah my cousin helped me use his action replay, I don;t normally like cheating though. Arceus is one of my favorite pokemon though its so pwnsome) xD... but yea I want to investigate. I swear I feel like there's something more right? or maybe I’m just insane xP it’s not exactly the unown i care about, its hard to explain

Edit: update i have spent hours and hours in the Alph ruins now LOL. i've found nothing that isn't already documented on serebi but i still feel like I’m making progress somehow?

So I went to do the Sinjoh ruins stuff (the cutscene was so weird!!! what was with all the pictures xD) and on the room where you pick an egg for Arceus to make I saw an open doorway in the back (It’s weird I don’t see the door in any of the videos on youtube, there’s usually a pillar there?) and I went in and I was in a super long hallway with no music after I turned the corner, and there were some unown carvings on the walls, 4 along the sides, and 1 right at the end at what seemed to be a dead end. When I pressed A they each had a bit of a cool poem. I don’t know what I did to make the door appear since i didn’t do anything different from ppls videos but HOLY CRAP.

I was trapped in the hallway and couldnt even go back (i feel bad for cynthia waiting for me lol) so I was inspecting the poem for clues over and over again so I pretty much have the whole thing memorized xD Here’s basically what it said on each one, except it was all in unowns :P

soooo um yeah i was really confused by this so i tried everything since i was kinda trapped in that weird hallway and somehow i got the idea to use surf xD really random i know. BUT IT WORKED and the wall opened. but after i went inside my game crashed. i will keep you updated!!!!!!!!!

soooo sorry for double posting I know that’s kind of lame around here, don’t shoot me XD But Something really weird happened to my game, I was looking in my PC and a bunch of my pokemon were just gone. Like, you can see the empty spots where they were and everything o_O I thought it might just be because of the crash and maybe it like, corrupted my save or something, but then I saw that the first Pokemon in box 1 was different. it was a Sentret before and then i looked at the summary and it was an Arceus with no head ??? named “WHITE HAND”... Kind of weird, but I guess the legs look a bit like fingers :P it has really bad stats too. I tried to use it in a battle but it only knows Helping hand... it fainted lol. it kind of sucks but it’s still cool finding a secret pokemon XD i think the ability is a glitch it says “null”

Good luck with the secret hunting :) there’s all sorts of stuff hidden in Pokemon games like BAD egg or Missing No, so maybe Star is telling the truth about the white hand??? it could be a glitch or something. Don't be so hard on her guys ^_^; I don’t think she knows how to hack stuff like this in to the game.

Thanks shadowbane, you are like my best friend on game faqs :P i don’t really have friends in school since no one else at my school cares abt pokemon ... xP well except my cousin. also yeah bad egg is really scary...

But uhhhh... I found another one guys. it was really weird i just found it while running around in the tall grass (I was trying to find entei)... it's another arceus with no head named WHITE HAND but this one is a fire type like when it holds a fire plate I forget what its called exactly :P i must have found some cool secret event or something!!!!!! i wonder if there's one for each plate... i'm kinda scared though because i think more pokemon in my box are disappearing :( so far it’s only stuff i dont care about like geodudes and stuff but im worried this weird glitch will get to my legendarys... but yeah it doesn’t have any items but no matter what items i give it it stays fire type, kind of cool

Eevee stop trolling this is real :( I wish you guys would take me seriously about this. But yeah its real I found the one for the iron plate (another random wild encounter, I was surfing I think) but Blu is gone now, i wish i hadnt boxed her :( oh well i have some Totodile eggs still so i can hatch a new one but it’s not the same :( I’m really confused... Maybe I shouldn’t stay up so late all the time I think it’s messing with me xP

Well she was evolved into a feraligatr, i did beat the game you know -_- But yeah I think they’re all gonna be random encounters, i found the meadow plate/grass type one and the psychic one that way also. it's kind of cool :D They’re pretty easy to catch, the balls don’t even shake. Might be guaranteed? I hope something awesome happens when I find them all.

It's been several days now, I didn't want to make a post for every single plate lawl, but I found like 3 more. Poison dark and water iirc. Pretty uneventful I think I know what to expect from each one now...? but yea looking for the encounters is kind of boring but every time the hands appear my heart goes crazy, beating so hard it kinda hurts xD yeah pokemon is basically my life so this is so huge to me

oh gosh sorry for bumping and triple posting, please don't kill me xD... Two more white hands located!! Heck yea!!!!

The first one was the dragon type one, i found that yesterday. I thought it was weird the poem said “18 parts” and thought i might misremembered but today i found one thats ??? type. i guess it makes sense since there are ??? type moves lol. I didn't name most of the white hands but this one I named Missingno just because I can XD most of of the pokemon in my boxes are gone though, it's weird not being able to deposit any of my party pokemon but i don't want them to get hurt :(

also PLEASE RESPOND TO ME SHADOWBANE!!!!!!!! youre the only one who believes me. and its been a week already!!!!! i miss chu lol. i hope your vacation is nice <3

Quadruple post... what’s wrong with me xD well I found the ground type hand :) I’m totally out of fodder box Pokemon though, hopefully that won’t be an issue. i wish i had the foresight to trade some of my pokemon over to Diamond since I think my game is pretty messed up now....

I went a long while without finding any new hands, just stupid pidgey encounters lol. So uhhh I tried depositing one of my Pokemon :( And right after I found the ice type hand after two encounters, so I have kind of a bad feeling about this :( I’m gonna miss my scizor Angela a lot but whatever’s at the end of this mystery is probably going to be worth the effort? It’s so weird but exciting how i only have 5 left to find :)

No luck with encounters again so I tried catching some random pokemon to use instead of boxing one of my party members but it wasn’t working..... i didn't want it to be like this but i boxed my Espeon and it worked immediately, the fighting type one appeared south of ecruteak. Boxes empty again :( Poor Lyla I wish I could hug her, she was my favorite and I wish I hadn’t chose her. I feel really sad and sick right now, I think I got a cold at school again. I kind of want to stop. but i’m way too close to the end, soooo... yeah. i guess i could hack them back in later

electric type found.... other pokemon aren't showing up anymore so at least I don't need any repells.... i had to box another pokemon though :( I’m still not used to it, but it’s what the hands require of me i guess xD i know it’s just a glitch but it almost feels like im killing them in a way :(

holy crap!!!! There's only one more!!!! the white hand for the spooky plate. i don't know how long it'll take to find it but i’m so excited i can barely sleep or eat rofl. i feel really really bad giving up my last pokemon thats not one of the hands especially because i love my ampharos a lot and it kinda feels like the point of no return... but i might be the only person to find this??? but ya ive never found something so cool before... its like i got chosen for the secret haha. so I can't stop thinking about it... pretty obsessive right xP oh well, you would be to, or at leasts thats how it feels right now since no one else has ever seen this stuff!!!

i will update one more time when its done and all the hands are collected!!!! :D Maybe if I can replicate it i’ll do a guide. After I caught the last one the game crashed again... There are no pokemon left in my boxes. all the hands are gone too. there’s just one Egg in my party for some reason. not a bad Egg though, it looks normal.

hopefully the ending isn’t anticlimactic, the Egg feels kind of important but it could be just a glitch... I’ll let you know when I hatch it xD

i feel like i'm close to understanding everything. I’m so excited to finally see the end!!!!!
